Privacy

This is plain language, not a legal document, and covers only the Season 1 launch invitation on this page — not the Pitch game itself, which will have its own privacy notice when it opens.

What we collect

• The email address you give us.
• Timestamps: when you signed up, and when you confirmed.

We do not store your IP address, and this page sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party scripts.

Why

Only to send you one confirmation email now, and one invitation email when Pitch opens. Nothing else.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the signup form. You can withdraw it at any time (see "How to withdraw" below).

Where this is stored and sent

Your signup is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database with EU data residency. The confirmation and launch emails are sent through Resend, using Resend's EU region.

How long we keep it

• If you never confirm: deleted automatically after 30 days.
• If you confirm: kept only until we send the Season 1 launch invitation, then deleted — or deleted sooner if you ask.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else. It is used only to run this invitation list and to send you the two emails described above.

How to withdraw

Email hello@play-pitch.com and we'll delete your entry. No account or login is needed to ask.
